Server owners agree that the information provided (IP, Rates, Description) must be truthful and that they are the owners or legal representatives of the listed server.

2. Anti-Spoofing Clause

By registering a server, the user gives explicit consent for our engines (Ping Engine) to audit their connection. We reserve the right to apply Shadowbans, warning labels or remove accounts if player falsification is detected.

3. Intellectual Property

OpenTibiaServer.com is strictly a web directory (a bulletin board) and does not host, distribute or operate copyrighted game files. There is no affiliation with CipSoft GmbH or Tibia.

4. Right of Admission

The platform reserves the right to suspend any server that promotes illegal activities, malware or violates the terms, without prior notice or compensation.
